Equipment characteristics
The equipment is developed based on the double-layer water bath sterilization pot, the production capacity is twice that of the double-layer sterilization pot, which saves energy and greatly reduces the user's equipment investment cost.
1. Uniform water flow exchange mode, uniform temperature, no dead ends
The circulating water in the sterilization tank is constantly switched up, down, left, and right to ensure the uniform flow of liquid in the tank and ensure that the heat distribution in the sterilization tank is evenly distributed at any point from heating, heat preservation to cooling. As a result, packaged food placed in different positions in the pallet achieves the optimal uniform heating effect, eliminating dead spots during the sterilization process. It makes the shelf life of the product more stable and long-lasting, ensures the uniformity of temperature distribution and heat transfer, and reduces the occurrence of phenomena such as F1 change and overcooking.
2. High-temperature and short-term sterilization
This machine adopts double tank hot water circulation sterilization. The sterilization tank heats the hot water to the required sterilization temperature in advance (except for multi-stage sterilization), thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving work efficiency.
3. High sterilization accuracy
This machine adopts international advanced technology and uses hot water circulation immersion sterilization. During the sterilization process, the whole process of temperature, pressure, sterilization time, water intake, air intake, drainage, and exhaust is automatically controlled. High temperature accuracy (±0.5°C).
4. Energy saving
The working fluid used in the sterilization process of this machine can be recycled, saving energy, time, manpower, material resources, and reducing production costs.
5. Fully automatic control system
Screen touch control is used instead of switches; Use chart plates instead of dials; All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves; digital display of pressure and temperature; All processes are recorded on disk and can be printed using a printer; The whole sterilization process of this machine is controlled by computer PLC, which is completed at one time without manual operation.
6. F-number measurement function
Every sterilization pot we produce can be equipped with an F-number measuring machine with measurement function. The F-number software calculates the F-number every 3 seconds. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F-number, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc., can be processed by this data processing software and saved or printed for production management.
