The circulating water in the sterilization tank is continuously switched from top to bottom and from left to right, ensuring that the liquid in the tank flows evenly and that the heat is evenly distributed at any point in the sterilization tank from heating, heat preservation to cooling. As a result, packaged food in different positions in the tray achieves the most ideal uniform heating effect, eliminating blind spots in the sterilization process. Makes the shelf life of the product more stable and long-lasting, ensures uniformity in temperature distribution and heat transfer, and reduces the occurrence of F-number changes and overcooking.
